Here are some basic techniques that will contribute to good search engine ranking without costing you thousands of dollars with a big-time SEO firm. Please note that no company can guarantee you top ranking in any of the search engines, other than in the paid Sponsored Sites section. Website Meta-tags - $100 We will create and add the keywords and descriptions to your website that are the most important terms the search engines consider when they index your website. Search Engine Registration - $100 Although the search engines may eventually get around to “visiting” your site and indexing it, it could be six month or longer, or not at all with the growing list of websites they are trying to reach. We will manually register your site with Google, Yahoo, MSN, AOL, and roughly 100 other search engines that include affiliates of the major directories. This will greatly increase the likelihood that the search engines will visit much sooner. Search Engine Re-Registration - $100/6 months It has been shown that if you “re-register” with the search engines on about a monthly basis, you will continually move up or maintain your position in the rankings. We offer a monthly automated service to perform this task. Although not as effective as manual registration, we recommend it be used as a followup to the initial manual process above. Ïnquiry Form - $100 Do you current only allow visitors to contact you by email or phone? Adding an inquiry form to your website can greatly increase the response and allow them to request the specific information they want. it also provides you with the information you need to respond appropriately. Survey/Poll - $100 Would you like to know your customers’ thoughts about your service? Would it help your business to know what your prospects are most interested in? We will create a survey with up to 10 questions and add it to the appropriate spot on your website. Emailer - $100 One of the most effective and inexpensive forms of marketing today is through email. Despite the plethora of spam--just as with junk mail in traditional marketing--prospects respond well to a properly designed email campaign. We will create your emailer in both HTML and text to provide the best chance of it reaching your intended audience. Purchase or development of mail lists and performing the emailing are separate charges. Webpage Edits - $100/2 hours of time Is your website terribly out of date? We will spend up to two hours of time making changes to your site. This is typically enough to correct and add text, and replace photos on from 2-5 webpages. Contact us directly if you need extensive revisions performed. Google Pay-Per-Click Advertising - $100 setup You have most likely seen the “Sponsored Sites” at the top of Google. These are companies willing to pay each time someone clicks on their website link. The beauty of this program is that you may set whatever budget you want. For example, if you set a $100 a month budget, and each click costs $1.00, after you have “spent” your budget, you are simply removed from the listings until the beginning of the next month. Many of our clients have started with a small monthly investment of about $100 and found the program so successful they have increased it significantly. |
$100 TRADITIONAL MARKETING SERVICES Press Release - $100 Placement of a press release about your business in the right spot can generate hundreds of leads and signficant business. Publications don’t charge for placement of press releases since it fulfills their requirements for a balance between advertising and “news.” We will write a press release of up to 250 words based on your supplied material (extra cost if we must conduct an interview). Distribution to publications is a separate endeavor which we will be happy to quote. On the other hand, you may have one or more local or trade publications in mind, and we will be pleased to submit to your own list at no extra charge. Print Advertisement - $100 If you have an requirement for an ad less than 24 inches square, we can create it for you for $100, including artwork and material camera-ready for the publication. We will also communicate with the publication to ensure that the material reaches them and is appropriate. For larger ads, please email us your requirements. Postcard - $100 Postcard mailers are an effective advertising medium in many instances. We will create your postcard mailer of any size, whether black and white or full color and ready materials for the printer. Printing and mailing costs are separate. |
